Brendan and his company did a fantastic job replacing the rotten timber batting front and back as well as replacing broken/cracked tiles. They also repointed the ridge capping and installed three air vents. They also installed new breathable felt. We had no idea that the roof was in such a state of disrepair. They were very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the repairs. They arrived when they said they would and spent two days on the job. They worked in a way that was unobtrusive and were a very pleasant bunch to deal with. It was a bigger job than previously thought but Brendan discussed what he was planning with us and did nothing without consulting us first. The roof is now bone dry and guaranteed for five years. Brendan said to contact him anytime if we are worried about the roof and made sure that we were happy with the job that they did.

B&D home improvements just completed a new roof on my house. It was a much bigger job than we had anticipated but they came and quoted us a completed price. They started when they said they would. 5 men came at 8.30 each morning and left when darkness fell in the evening. The only thing that stopped them was heavy rain. They were pleasant and great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did everything they said they would and more besides. The place was left neat and tidy afterwards. B&D completed three days work in the lashing rain. Roof looks brand new. Cleaned tiles, repointed, fixed hole that was causing a leak, replaced damaged tiles and a broken vent (replaced). Insulated the attic and fixed an outdoor water waste pipe. Missed one small canopy over the front windows that was tiled, but came back immediately (within two days) to clean it. Strong customer focus.
